Worth its 3 stars. The view was fantastic, the staff was loyal. The breakfast was large, with lots of different options. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

Considering other options in Roses this one is good value. The property is ideal and fairly clean, offers incredible and excellent breakfasts. We stay in family room quite often, it is immaculate and fantastic. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. Plus, the location is great and brilliant, minutes from Ciutadella de Roses.

This place is clean, offers good value, and has a perfect location near restaurants, with reasonably priced dinners, and a nice sandy beach.

The only point I would like to make is, having to go outside to obtain access to the resturant

The place was perfect for a seaside stay. The room was airy and cool and well furnished. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is now internet access via two a pay as you go terminals on the first floor which were reasonably priced at €1 for 20 minutes. It was perfect for our combined business and leisure break and we will be going back again.

Roses is a popular holiday destination and with the hotel being on the seafront some people might find it a bit noisy, but Roses is a vibrant place and the whole place is noisy and if noise bothers you then maybe you should not go to a Spanish sea side resort in the summer. The only negative thing to say is that the air con could do with a service as it is not the best in the world.

This place is beautiful! the staff are really friendly and the location couldn't be better. the breakfast is amazing and the food is top-notch. the service is good and parking is easy to find outside. 🌟

This place was a great spot for exploring the area and we had a lot of fun, plus all rooms have Wi-Fi.

The location of the hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Roses and on the seafront. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. There is an excellent fish restaurant adjacent to the hotel. I would certainly stay there again.

The size of the room, the size of the bed.The breakfast was the best value ever. The view from the rooms. The restaurant of the hotel is expensive but dishes are delicious (seafood)

The staff here are very attentive and helpful, and the on-site restaurant is particularly good.

This venue is conveniently located near shopping streets and a beautiful long beach, plus they serve a fantastic breakfast with fresh bread and a variety of hot food and drinks.

An excellent room.very comfortable and relaxing,especially with the addition of the kitchenette.Great value for a few days away off season and central to Roses.

During the off peak periods this hotel is excellent value. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and include some self catering equipment. The location is good, near the beach and within the old town of Roses providing access to it's many bars and restaraunts.

Our room was slightly worn and needed some upgrading but as stated above still clean and comfortable.

The location was ideal and we could easily walk to the beach.
